Sika Deer
Native to East Asia and Japan, weigh: Buck’s 150-220 lbs and Doe’s 100-130 lbs. The Stag antlers are typically 4 points on a side and shaped like an elk. Best hunting between September through February. The meat is a darker and stronger flavored meat similar to elk.
