Red Stag
Native to Scotland and England, weigh: Stag or male 350-500 lbs and Hinds or female 260-375 lbs. The Stag grows and drops an impressive set of antlers yearly with best hunting between September through February. The meat is preferred by many and excellent for steaks, hamburger or roasts.
